On November 29, 2023, the Symphony Music Van pulled onto the Solvang School Campus. Shortly after, the gym was transformed into a Symphony led musical exploration. Musicians from the Symphony greeted all 3rd grade students and welcome them to explore the variety of instruments within the symphony. They showcased strings, percussion, and wind instruments. all students were encouraged to try the instruments and the docents led sectional style lessons on each instrument. The joy of the students was evident and their faces lit up as they tried
a variety of musical options. Thank you to the Santa Barbara Symphony for bringing the Music Van to Solvang School and for cultivating the next generation of musicians!
